About the service
Plan of China provides general travel information for adults planning independent trips within mainland China. An accepted review may consider route order, timing, airport transfers, taxis or ride-hailing, train connections and stations, reservations, practical travel tools, everyday payment preparation, and other questions directly connected to the submitted itinerary.
The service is independent human guidance. It is not a travel agency, booking service, government body, transport operator, attraction, payment provider, or automated itinerary generator.
Limited availability
Free reviews are limited and considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Sending an email does not automatically reserve or guarantee a review.
If a request is accepted, the 48-hour review period begins only after the itinerary and questions are complete and readable. The free offer may be limited, changed, or ended before a request is accepted.
What is not included
The service does not include:
- Creating a complete itinerary from scratch
- Ongoing consulting or real-time support during a trip
- Booking or purchasing transport, accommodation, attractions, or other services
- Handling payments, transfers, refunds, exchange decisions, or account verification
- Visa, immigration, legal, medical, financial, emergency, or professional safety advice
Payment-related guidance is general travel information, not financial advice.
Accuracy and changing information
Travel schedules, ticket availability, opening hours, reservation rules, entry requirements, payment products, and provider policies can change without notice.
Information may be checked against official sources where practical, but completeness or continued accuracy cannot be guaranteed. You remain responsible for confirming current information with the relevant official provider before booking, paying, or traveling.
Your safety and decisions
You are responsible for your bookings, documents, payments, health, safety, and travel decisions. For visa, legal, medical, financial, or emergency matters, contact the appropriate authority or a qualified professional.
Do not email sensitive identity, account, or financial information. The service will never ask for passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, bank credentials, payment QR codes, or access to a payment account.
Materials you send
You keep ownership of your itinerary and other materials. By emailing them, you allow Plan of China to access and use them only as needed to assess and provide the requested review.
You must have the right to share the material and any information about fellow travelers. Submitted material will not be used publicly as a testimonial or case study without separate, express permission.
Third-party services and links
References to official websites, transport operators, attractions, booking platforms, payment providers, or other third parties do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Their products, availability, rules, privacy practices, and terms remain their responsibility.
Service limitations
The review is provided in good faith for general informational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Plan of China is not responsible for losses caused by decisions based solely on the review or by changes, errors, delays, cancellations, or failures involving third-party services.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
